Our main goal is to always achieve a high level of satisfaction with the services that we provide. This simple approach is to assist homeless women with children. Our shelter is designed to meet those with basic care needs and shelter up to 12-24 months. Ages ranges between (17-45 moms), (2 children per adult, ages 0months-10yrs children). Because we are at the beginning stages of our shelter needs donations are gladly welcomed.

Since opening our doors in 2000, the foundation of Prevention Through Empowerment/House of Faith has come from the exceptional talent and true passion within the team. Alise Bronson MHS, LMSW
CEO
Alise is the owner and visionary of PTE. As a single mother of five she understood the need to help reinvent the wheel. Many years within roles within the department of corrections throughout the states of NJ, SC, FL, NC, DE and various city community services.Â
Sadly, many memories were the high rate of recidivism. Lots of men and women (especially pregnant women), return to prison just for the comfort of having a place to sleep.
Alise has over 25yrs of experience in motivational speaking. Served in the capacity of substance abuse counselor, corrections officer, program director and social worker.
